Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Samsthetic, we put in our best efforts to deliver high-quality video editing, photography, and filmmaking services. Since our work is custom and project-based, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Project Cancellation

  • Clients may request to cancel a project by providing written notice (email/official message).

  • If a project is canceled before work has started, a partial refund (after deducting administrative/consultation fees) may be issued.

  • If the project is canceled after work has begun, refunds will not be provided. The client will be liable to pay for the portion of work completed.

2. Advance & Booking Amounts

  • All advance payments and booking amounts are non-refundable. These payments secure your project slot and cover initial planning and resource allocation.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if Samsthetic is unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons.

  • No refunds will be entertained once the final deliverables have been shared with the client.

4. Revisions & Dissatisfaction

  • Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as mentioned in the proposal/contract.

  • Dissatisfaction with creative style or subjective preferences will not qualify for a refund. Clients are encouraged to communicate clearly during the project to ensure expectations are met.

5. Timeline Delays

  • Delays caused by the client (late inputs, feedback, or approvals) will not be grounds for a refund.

  • In case of unavoidable delays from our end, we will notify the client and provide an updated timeline.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any transaction fees or charges deducted by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Bank) are non-refundable.
