1. General

Samsthetic (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides video editing, photography, wedding filmmaking, and related creative services. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

All projects are handled on the basis of the scope of work agreed upon between the client and Samsthetic.
Delivery timelines will be communicated in advance, but may vary depending on revisions and project requirements.
Any additional services not mentioned in the initial agreement may be subject to extra charges.

3. Payments

Clients are required to make advance or milestone payments as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
Payments once made are non-refundable except in cases where Samsthetic fails to deliver the service.
Final deliverables will be released only after full payment has been received.

4. Intellectual Property

All raw files, drafts, and project materials remain the property of Samsthetic unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final deliverables (edited videos, photos, films, etc.) become the property of the client after full payment, but Samsthetic reserves the right to use them in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details, timely feedback, and necessary materials (such as logos, content, or references) for project completion.
Any delays in providing inputs may result in extended timelines.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Samsthetic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, natural disasters, or client-side delays.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
In such cases, the client is liable to pay for the work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

11. Changes to Terms

Samsthetic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
